
5 reasons why your health plan isn't working out
Five reasons why your health plan isn't working out. These actually came from a list of 100 reasons in an old blog post that I wrote. I just reread the whole list, and it's all so good. I learned a lot. Here are 5% of them, and before I actually read them, please don't get grumpy that they're not in numerical or sequential order because I just picked five out of 100.
Reason number 1:
You're trying to do too much, too fast. Rome was not built in a day. Set offensively small goals like meditating for one minute each day or like walking for five minutes each day.
Reason Number 2:
You aren't focused on your why. Find your values behind your desire to get healthy. Common ones include family, travel, fun, impact…
Reason Number 11:
You haven't made it a priority. No one else will make it a priority for you. Make it a non-negotiable.
Reason Number 5:
You're trying to skip the journey. You can't just lavish in the result. Results come after consistent, dedicated daily work. The journey is everything. Enjoy the process.
Reason Number 8:
You don't have the support you need. You can't do things alone. Who can you ask to help you?
I mean, if that's not a perfect segue to invite you in for an IV nutrient therapy treatment, then I don't know what is. Maybe it's time to make that a priority. You can come in, slow down, do one thing at a time, enjoy the journey and get the support you need.
