
What If You Were Wellness Prone? st
I've been thinking about this word a lot lately: Prone.
Prone:
A tendency or predisposition towards a particular action or condition.
We're very good at saying we're prone to things.
We say we're prone to:
Headaches
Constipation
Muscle tension
Anxiety
Illness
Allergies
Accidents.
But I have a question. What if, instead…We were prone to wellness?
There are lots of ways we could be prone to wellness. Such as:
Adequate nutrition
Hydration
Activity
Rest
Sleep
Nature time
Detoxification
Elimination
Positive thoughts
Social support
Purpose
